On the Arsuf cliffs, a new neighborhood was established north of Kibbutz Gaash. The blue sea is spread out to the west like a picturesque picture and a natural landscape in front of the neighborhood.
Two main types of housing were built on the Arsuf cliffs:
- Apartments 3 Rooms plus a huge sun terrace facing the sea and nature reserve.
- Cottage Avenue, Three levels. With high ceilings, Private courtyard and parking. All residential area is in an enclosed area with direct access to the sea!
